Dear Mr. Secretary and Ms. Executive Director:

I am writing to inform you that on March 30, 2009, I will be filing suit on behalf of members of Tamils Against Genocide, Inc., who have relatives threatened with violence in Sri Lanka to obtain a declaratory judgment that a failure of the United States to opposc Sri Lanka’s pending $1.9 bilion IMF loan application would constitute a violation of 22 U.S.C, 262d

The lawsuit will be withdrawn at any time the Plaintiff receives a written commitment from you that the United States will oppose Sri Lanka’s pending $1.9 bon IMF loan request .

Sincerely,

Bruce Fein Counsel for Tamils Against Genocide, Inc.
