RE: Voting on Sri Lanka’s pending $1.9 Billion IMF loan a application

Dear Mr. Secretary and Ms. Executive Director:

Iam writing to inform you that on March 30, 2009, I will be filing suit on behalf of members of Tamils Against Genocide, Inc., who have relative threatened with violence  in Sri Lanka to obtain a declaratory Judgement that a failure of the united States to oppose Sri Lanka’s pending $ 1.9 billion IMF loan application would constitute a violation of 22 U.S.C 262d.

The lawsuit will be withdrawn at any time the plaintiff receives a written commitment from you that the United States will oppose Sri Lanka’s pending $ 1.9 billion IMF loan request.
